Rental agreement "made as of this 1st day of March 1934 between OWEN WISTER, widower, of Bryn Mawr, Montgomery County, Pa.; MABEL ROGERS BAIRD, of Philadelphia; ROBERT R. LOGAN; CHARLES J. WISTER; DR. JAMES W. WISTER and THE PENNSYLVANIA COMPANY FOR INSURANCES ON LIVES AND GRANTING ANNUITIES as substituted trustees for Hannah L. Wister and for William Wynne Wister, Jr., and as trustee under the Will of Alexander W.
