This is Volume 2 of 3 volumes (divided into 3 for binding puproses) of a dissertation submitted to the University of Delaware for partial fulfillment of requirements for a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Art History. Volume 1 can be found at L-14, Holst, Volume 1 (2014.28.1294) and Volume 2 can be found at L-14, Holst, Volume 2 (2014.28.1295). It should be noted that the original Object ID Number assigned to all three volumes (2008.8.1) is incorrect. The entry for that number in the Accession Record Book does not match these volumes. Consequently, this 2014.28 series number has been assigned to these 3 volumes.
