Amusement Operations, Inc., Hudson Coaster Co., Luna Amusement Co., Coney Island Inc., Austin and Co., but also Conneaut Lake Company ("Queen of Inland Summer Resorts"), Conneaut Lake Park, Pa., and Vliet Inc., 444 Broadway, Albany N.Y. Also included is 1940 alphabetical list of stockholders for the Hudson Coaster Co.. Newspaper article from The Knickerbocker News, December 27, 1939: "Rebirth of Mid-City Park Looms as Corporation Signs Purchase Contract". Explains the efforts of Ackley-Maines Corporation and Vliet Corporation of Albany, NY to refurbish Mid-City Park amusements which had been closed in 1934 largely because of the Depression.
