Cast iron C-clamp base with wing knob screw; flat slightly flanged recieving pan screwed to flat top of clamp. Slight .625 inch notch in pan, probably for juice collection/overflow. Also, an inverted U-type construction at right angle to pan into which a moveable plunger is inserted, spring action on H-shaped piece at its base, pierces the cherry.Made/Created
