This Report was developed to establish guidelines for the preservation and maintenance of six historic buildings owned by The Germantown Historical Society: Baynton House, Conyngham-Hacker House, Howell House, Endt House, Bechtel House and the Clarkson-Watson House. The Germantown Historical Society has since sold those houses. The disposition of those sales is not readily known. This is a third copy of this book.
