The exact location is unidentified but is most likely at one of the former railroad crossings at Chelten Avenue or Armat Street in Germantown. 2011.31.8.10 Black and white reprint photograph of the former railroad crossing on East Chelten Avenue, associated with the former Reading Railroad's line to Chestnut Hill, now [2021] referred to as SEPTA's Chestnut Hill East line. Circa 1905. 2011.31.8.11 Black and white reprint photograph of a man using one of the public fountains along what is now Forbidden Drive. The bare slope in the background is of interest, as it suggests that deer overpopulation might have been a problem then, as it is today [2021]. Undated photo, but perhaps taken circa 1900. 2011.31.8.12 Black and white reprint photograph of two Philadelphia Rapid Transit [PRT] trolleys heading to and from Glenside, location and date of photo unknown. 2011.31.8.13 Black and white reprint photograph of unidentified street/ view. Bromley's Atlas of the 22nd Ward, Philadelphia, 1889.
