Label: Dinah, the servant who saved Stenton, had been a slave under the Logan family. She obtained her freedom from William and Hannah Logan in 1776. After she was freed, she remained on the estate as a hired servant. On the day she saved Stenton, she had been left in charge of the estate. Dinah was buried in the Logan family graveyard at Stenton.Made/Created
