Print of an engraving of Fairman's Mansion and Treaty Tree, mounted on black matte. A hand-written note below the print reads, "House built 1702 - Taken down 1825 Tree blown down Saturday night, March 3, 1810 Girth of Trunk 24 feet - age 283 years. Note on the reverse of the matte reads " Enlarged November 1911 by Edward Vandergrift From phot by H. Phillips, 1762 N. Front St, Phila. Original loaned by Mrs. Geo. W. Van Dusen, 212 W. Penn St., Gtn."
