Reminiscences of Robert Thomas. Approximately 10 typewritten pages encased in a protective archival binder. At the bottom of the last typed page is the following notation (in pencil): Not worth publishing in our records. W.J.C. 9/25/1925." On the back of this last page is found another pencil notation: "Germantown in 1824 1898". This may refer to the time period of the author's reminiscences?
In the opening paragraph, the author laments the fact that he is expected to provide historical facts of Germantown as it was 75 years ago and compare it to the Germantown of the present day (1925?)
