Semi-Hard cover, 251 pages. The semi-hard cover is deteriorating and separating from the cardboard to which the leather covering is attached. This book recounts the report in 1899 of the Executive Committee of the National Relief Commission organized for the care of sick and wounded military service members and their families during the war between Spain and the United States. The Front Cover has embossed lettering of the name of General Louis Wagner, to whom the report had apparently been presented.
