Shovel composed of heavy hand-hewn wood shaft with cross piece at top, tenoned then secured with an iron nail. Shaft attached to blade which is two rectangular flar iron pieces joined at edges and extending up shaft. Secured by three hand wrought nails. W. Wagner impressed in handle twice, Snyder impressed on blade at center.Dimensions
