Springside School, 1879-1979: One Hundred Years of Tradition and Change. Hard cover, 120 pages. It should be noted that Springside School began as a private school for girls and was located at 8000 Cherokee Street in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. In approximately 2011, the Springside School merged with Chestnut Hill Academy, a private boy's school located at 500 West Willow Grove Avenue in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia, (both campus were/are adjacent to each other) to form Springside Chestnut Hill Academy with two campuses (the Willow Grove campus and the Cherokee campus). This school is now (2015) an active co-educational private institution.
