The Barnwell Bulletin was printed for Students And Alumni of the Central high School of Philadelphia by the Mary Gaston Barnwell Foundation, the Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, Trustee. This is Volume 11, No. 46, April, 1934 of this Bulletin. The Addresses consist of two topics: "Which Way Culture?" by Dr. John Erskine and "The Higher Provincialism" by Dr. Cornelius Weygandt. A bookplate found Inside the Front Cover indicates this pamphlet was a gift to the Germantown historical Society from Dr. James W. Wister in April, 1952.
