The Title Page indicates that this book was printed by Guernsey Moore and George Halberstadt at the Sign of the Hour Glass in Germantown in 1901. A Google search (accessed 07/02/2015) indicates that the Sign of the Hour Glass was a private printing concern located in Germantown (address not stated) in 1901 that printed this book. The paper of this book, the priting font and the "cut" of the pages would suggest that the book is of much older provenance. A n initial page of the book indicates that only 100 copies were printed.
