Page 115 contains two photographs of the multi-arched stone bridge spanning the Wissahickon. (See also catalog number 2013.34.114).
(a, top) shows a "side" view of the multi-arched stone bridge scanning the Wissahickon and is hand-dated 1903. The view shows many arches and the waterfall cascading over the dam with a stone wall on the right side.
(b, bottom) shows a frontal view of the stone arched bridge with water pouring over the center of the stone dam "wall". Looking through the center arch, a sylvan viiew of trees and foliage is evident and adds to the classic beauty of the scene.Collection
