Page 116 contains a photograph of the multi-arched stone bridge spanning the Wissahickon. (See also catalog number 2013.34.114 and 2013.34.1.115a and b).
The photograph contains a handwritten notation of 1906 and the photographer is identified as John Redles(?) The photograph shows a "cropped" view of the multi-arched stone bridge with only one arch prominent and water cascading over the falls in front of the bridge. The photograph is rendered in sepia tones and was likely taken in late Fall or early Spring as the trees seen in the background are not in bloom.Collection
