The Edwin C. Jellett Series of Scrapbooks, Volume 1, Part 2- The Wissahickon
Page 132 contains three photographs:
(a, top) This photograph has a notation underneath in Jellett's handwriting: "Near Ridge Road, 1904." The photograph is colored and shows the Wissahickon creek on the right. A wooden fence borders the dirt path on the right and curves out of sight in the distance. Some rock formations border the path on the left. Many mature trees in bloom are seen in the background distance.
(b, bottom overlay) is labeled "Pulpit Rock, Robeson's Knoll, Edwin C. Jellett, 1889." The photograph has been cut into a circle and shows the Pulpit Rock at Robeson's Knoll.
(c, bottom, under the overlay) This photograph shows a Winter scene (complete with snow) on the path along the Wissahickon creek. The wooden fence can be seen on the left and the creek would be to the left beyond the fence. Bare, leafless trees are visible in the distance on both sides of the path.Collection
