Page 153 ontains a photograph with a hand-written caption: "Wissahickon Creek, opposite Lower Hotel(?)." The photograph shows the Wissahickon creek in the center foreground and background. Both banks are visible. On the left bank, beyond the row of trees, is the bridle-path. In the left mid-distance, along the bank, are several small wooden "piers" where boats could be secured. On the right bank, in the mid-distance, can be seen two boats, secured along the bank. Beyond this bank, barely visible through the tree line, is a wooden fence and Wissahickon Drive visible beyond the fence line.Collection
