Page 21 contains notes by Jellett, labeled as A-3, Rittenhouse Paper Mill. Jellett notes that upon Monoshone Creek (now known as Paper Mill Run), above Henry Rittenhouse mill, stood the paper mill of William Rittenhouse and associates. The mill dam was located upon the stream north of Germantown township line. The last mill occupant was (??) McKell who manufactured stockings. The mill was removed in 18--by the Park Commission.Collection
