Page 103 contains Jellett's notes, as follows (and as transcribed by Harris):
(a, top) Lamb Tavern or Township Line Road, now,
Wissahickon Avenue
Lamb Tavern Road began at the "Punch-bowl" on North Broad Street, and forming the western boundary of Germantown, crossed the Wissahickon Creek at Wissahickon Avenue, - or Valley Green Bridge.
Township Line Road
From Livezy's Lane to Wissahickon Ave. by the bridge, was long known as "Cut-Throat Lane". It took this name from the act of Pat McDonald, an Irishman who once lived at Hog-town, near Carpenter's Woods. On this lane, Pat McDonald cut his throat and ended his life, the outcome of ?? after a drunken spree. After his death, his wife went home to Ireland.

(b, bottom) Blue Bell Hill
"Blue Bell Hill" was built to accomodate the operatives of the Rittenhouse Street Wissahickon mills. This was told me by "Joe" Sunter (?), "Jake" Keyser, and "Cope" (?) Hagens. Mr. Amberg (?) told me he remembered a time when there was not a house on the "Hill".Collection
