The Edwin C. Jellett Series of Scrapbooks, Volume 3 -The Wissahickon
Page 106 contains a photograph with a typed inscription: "Ruins of Wissahickon School by F. Airey, 1906". The photograph shows a frontal view of the school building with three children in the open main entrance (one child is standing to the left and two other children are sitting, to the right). "Ruins" is an apt title as the building is devoid of all windows and doors and is missing the front steps. The stone work of the structure still remains intact (it would appear).Collection
