The Edwin C. Jellett Series of Scrapbooks, Volume 5 -The Wissahickon
Page 65 contains a newspaper clipping of a man in uniform. The caption underneath this newspaper photograph reads: "Robert H. Fee, 40 years a park guard". In Jellett's handwriting is the following inscription: "Became No. 1 Guard upon the death of Anthony Herman in 1909."
As stated in the Notes section on page 1 of this scrapbook (Volume 5): "From Volume 1 onward, one Fairmount Park Guard who was a prime source of information for Jellett has been identified as Bob Fell. Harris (Jellett's transcriber) has identified him in this manner. However, in Volume 5 of this scrapbook series, on page 65 (2013.34.5.65), he is correctly identified as Robert H. Fee. Previous references will not be corrected; however, please make note that references to Fell are incorrect and should be properly identified as references to Fee. "Collection
