The Edwin C. Jellett Series of Scrapbooks, Volume 5 -The Wissahickon
Page 74 contains a photograph which is labeled "Allen's Lane Bridge" in cursive lettering underneath the photograph. On the scrapbook page, in pencil, is the notation "By P. H. Moore". The photograph shows a top view of the Allen's Lane Bridge which spans the Wissahickon creek. The roadway itself is framed by two concrete sidewalks. Two stone walls with an upright stone capping provide a symmetry for the bridge. On the right, a wooden fence connects to the stone wall and extends to the right and out of the photograph range.
