The Edwin C. Jellett Series of Scrapbooks, Volume 5 -The Wissahickon
Page 137 contains a stereoview, with two views of the Pipe Bridge. The typed label reads: "Bridge Carrying Water Pipe Line over the Wissahickon Ravine". Both photographs are almost identical showing an ornamental iron bridge with inverted trusses. An iron pillar provides support for the bridge as it spans the Wissahickon. The bridge is seen in the distant background as the photograph was taken from the bridle path level, showing a wooden fence bordering the creek side of the path.Collection
