The Edwin C. Jellett Series of Scrapbooks, Volume 5 -The Wissahickon
Page 153 contains a photograph with a typed label which reads: "Near Site of Pipe Bridge, 1905". This photograph is almost a replica of the photograph in this scrapbook found on page 143 (2013.34.5.143). The two photographs differ only slightly in the angle of the scene photographed. The creek at this point flows as rapids as it turns a bend in its course. The creek bed and both banks are lined with stones and a large tree canopy frames the background.Collection
