Page 134 contains a newspaper clipping from the Public Ledger of 4-21-1907(?) entitled "Passing of the Old Piper Farm". The article notes that changes made to the Piper Homestead in Chestnut Hill have obliterated much of the history of the location - long thought to be a burial place for the Lenni Lenape Tribe.Collection
