Page 39 contains a photograph with a typed caption that reads: "Bridge Over the Wissahickon at Comly's Mill, Whitemarsh Township". An unpaved path is seen in the foreground, extending into the distance and leading to the bridge. A portion of a stone column/wall (?) can be seen to the extreme left in the photograph. The bridge can be seen in the center distance with an "open" wood-lined railing on both sides. The wooden posts are affixed to the bridge sides to form the letter "V". The bridge has a slight elevation as it spans the creek. Trees and vegetation are abundant in the photograph.Collection
