In the north, Towamensin Creek and Zacharis Creek flow together at North Wales and form Skippack Creek which discharges into Perkiomen Creek. Stony Creek flows to Norristown where it empties into the Scuylkill River. Plymouth Creek flows to the Schuylkill River at Conshohocken. All of the above mentioned creeks supply the springs and rivulets which form and maintain the Wissahickon Creek.Collection
