The Edwin C. Jellett Series of Scrapbooks, Volume 9 -The Wissahickon
Page 131 contains a photograph with a typed caption that reads: "Butler Pike Bridge, Ambler, 1908. Photograph by J. C. Bartholomew." The photograph shows the multi-arch stone bridge which carries Butler Pike over the Wissahickon creek at Ambler. Although this is a multi arch bridge, only one arch is clearly visible in the photograph. The Wissahickon is predominant in the foreground and extending beyond the bridge. Trees and foliage form a canopy backdrop for the photograph.Collection
