Page 137 contains the following:
(a, top) Jellett's notes are entitled "Reiff Mill." At a point(?) just below where Tan Yard Run (?) unites with Rose Valley Creek, stood the mill of ??? Reiff.
(b, bottom) This newspaper is from the Ambler Gazette of 1908 (as noted by Jellett). The article is entitled "Old Reiff Mill, Ambler". The article details the history of the mill which drew water not from Wissahickon creek, but from Rose Valley creek. An extensive detailed history of the mill owners extends from circa 1730's to 1896.Collection
