To the right of the mill building can be seen the twin arches of the stone bridge spanning the Wissahickon. The foreground contains a view of open ground and trees surrounding the mill building.
(b, bottom) This photograph contains a caption, in Jellett's handwriting, that reads: "Wissahickon creek above Mumbower's Mill, Gwynedd, Pa., (undecipherable) 9-23-1905." The photograph shows the Wissahickon creek in the foreground and extending into the background. Some trees are visible to the left on the creek bank.Collection
