Page 167 contains the following:
(a, top) This short note by Jellett involves Mumbower's Mill. It mentions Fuller's mill and also Mather's mill. It states that all of these mentioned mills depend upon the Wissahickon for their power.
(b, bottom) This newspaper clipping is attributed by Jellett to the Ambler Gazette of 11-7-1906. The article is entitled "Old Mumbower Mill." The correspondent recalls a visit to the Mumbower mill which was still in operation in 1906 and owned/operated by a member of the Mumbower family in whose possession the mill has remained since 1852. The author also mentions other owners.Collection
