Dress Ensemble. Theatrical costume; Green silk faille dress with pink and black velvet trim. Pink and white striped silk skirt. Pale overdress trimmed with black velvet. Accompanied by a small hat with veil and a black velvet bag. All excellent condition. Circa 1880. Catalog Work sheet has "FAKE" written in red at top. CW 772 a Dress. Green silk faille dress with pink and black velvet trim. Lined in white cotton; all hand-stitched. Theatrical costume for the medieval period. CW 772 b Purse. Black velvet handbag trimmed with pink satin; shoulder strap. CW 772 c Skirt. Pink and white vertically striped skirt. Tag in waist strap: "Delphine Baron Costumes, 112 Rue Richelieu, Paris, France."
