Photographs from Photo Scrapbook 1, Part 2, Page 140
Photograph: Please see notes for captioning and other information. This photograph shows an exterior view of St. Paul's Episcopal Church located at 22 East Chestnut Hill Avenue. The photograph shows a Gothic style church building constructed of stone with arched windows and doors, stone butresses, and an arched "open" spire in the foreground. The foresmost building is covered with ivy almost obscuring a double stained glass window. There are at least two or three separate buildings which are interconnected forming a large complex. An open fence separates the church property from East Chestnut Hill Avenue. A pedestrian path leads from the sidewalk onto Churtch property. To the right, a paved driveway leads to an open arch between two buildings and to the rear of the church. Mature trees are seen throughout the church property.
