Wallet of leather, paper, and silk. Medium red folding leather wallet with strap closure. Interior lined with medium brown leather with repeating stamped edges. Pockets lined with paper. Found inside red silk, blue cockade, pleated. ExteriorL "Presented by Joseph R. Eberly." Contains a Pennsylvania state cockade, red and blue.
