Cast-iron weather vane. Vertical section is a square cross-section rod which is slightly twisted. Bottom end is encased in sheet iron, tip end is blunt. Horizontal section at right angles to certical (ball on vertical to hold on horizontal). Arrow motif, vertical pieces with sheet iron feathers.
