Page 41 of the Edwin C. Jellett Scrapbook, The Wissahickon, Volume II, Hermits' Glen to Rittenhouse Street.
Item a, at the top of the page, is a photograph of the bridle path near the log cabin grounds.
Item b, bottom, is a note by Jellett about curious trees on the Wissahickon. It mentions the Millard Fillmore tree above the bridle path at the lower end of the log cabin grounds, and an odd buttonwood tree on the Drive about 50 feet below the Maple Shade Hotel. This is accompanied by a sketch of the bottom of the tree and the name C. Hagen.
