Black and white 1941 view of a woman walking at an unknown location in Germantown. A sign with "The Vernon" is at her left; this does not appear to be the Vernon Theater. To her right is a car with a sign "Venice Spumoni" and "Ice Cream." Location is unclear, but may perhaps be the unit block of East Chelten Avenue.
