Woman's black grosgrain silk and lace collar; standing collar and front panels are grosgrain silk; 4 1/2-inches of black lace gathered all around; lace scalloped at bottom; hook & eye closure at neck. Dimensions: ten-inches from top of collar to bottom center back including lace; twenty-inches from top of collar to bottom center front; four and one-half-inches of lace gathered around back.
