Jacket. Woman's jacket; brown velvet stripe alternating with golden-color satin stripe. Hip length; bound with brown taffeta at bottom split in tabs. Pleated taffeta ruffle inserted at center-back. Hand-painted buttons; unlined. Excellent condition. Circa1875. Transcribed from original accession record.
