Woman's shawl; large paisley-type; nearly square; light-weight woolen shawl from Scotland; gold, black, red, green predominant colors; black star-shaped center design; multi-colored self-fringe. Tag pinned to shawl: "Paisley Shawl Scotland." Dimensions including fringe: seventy-inches long; 69-inches wide; one-inch self-fringe. Fair condition - two large holes - one in center design; ragged fringe. No date given. Transcribed from original accession record.
