Shawl. Woman's nearly square paisley wool India shawl; plain red wool center square; woven paisley border; rectangular silk rectangles sewn around four sides; multi-colored silk self-fringe. Dimensions including fringe: 68-inches long; 67-inches wide. Circa 1870. Fair condition- silk pieces worn - some holes; fringe worn. Transcribed from original accession record.
