Description

Shawl. Woman's capelet; black and off-white pleated silk in rows of ruffles with an upright collar. Capelet covers shoulders and bust. High ruffled collar in back of dotted net; four black silk rosettes on collar; black beads in swirling bow pattern on shoulders and bodice. Dimensions: 13-inches from collar to base in front; 17-inches from top of collar to base in back; 24-inches across shoulders. Label inside: "Ludw. Zwieback Bruder WIEN." Poor condition - lining shredded. Date unknown.
