Description

Cape. Woman's long silk and velvet cape; bright royal blue silk velvet with teal, and peach pattern over all; ruched stand-up collar; lined in loosely woven brown silk. Label inside: "Felix Dupouy, 22 Rue des Capucines, PARIS." Dimensions:45-inches from top of collar to bottom center front; 52-inches from top of collar to bottom center back. Good condition - staining in lining. Circa 1920s. No accession record found, however, accession label is sewn into lining of cape.
