Page 22 includes two newspaper articles.
The first [left, 22a] discusses the commendation of Major Richard Sharpless Davis, regimental Surgeon of the 319th Infantry, n.d.
The second article [right, 22b] is a 1918 biography/ obituary for William B. Groff, who "lived down in the lower end of Germantown and was a very active member of the Council. He had a quiet and loveable disposition which won him many friends instantly." The article includes a photograph of Mr. Groff.
