Description
Legal agreement between Anna S. Ryon with devisees of her Richard J. Ryon's will. His estate could not afford the various bequests Ryon had made in his will; therefore several of the devisees agreed to a settlement with John Harkness named as trustee to oversee the transfers of property & proper distribution of assets.
