Footed round cake stand, has three claw feet, "scrolls and flowers" pattern: Slightly up-turned rim; flat bottom; transfer-printed, hand-tinted main border around rim; floral spray in center; legs outlined with orange line; mark appears on bottom printed in pink: "MINTONS"
