Candlestick with slightly tapering shaft and round base: elements (from top to bottom): 1/2" wide lip, three rings, cup, reel with heavy base, ring with flat center, conical shaft, knob, reel, slightly flared bottom of shaft, base of two concentric stepped circles; bottom unfinished with four-part ring inside hollow shaft.
