A set of sixteen handled cups in "Imari" palette; cylindrical cup, circular base, foot rim, ring shaped handle with C-scroll drop; overall handpainted floral pattern in dark blue, orange, green, lavender, gilt on white background; decoration consists of a reserve on either side with flowers and foliage against an overall dark blue background with gilt C-scrolls; flowers with blue stems and foliage on white background surround reserves; a gilt band circles top and bottom rims.
