Scissors and letter opener in leather sheath: narrow and flat scissors and letter opener have flat handles with Art Nouveau style cast decoration of twisted lines and flowers; (scissors have asymetrical finger holes); two tiered, tapering leather sheath with green paper lining; metal guard at tip with scalloped top edge.
